Just enjoying the family......

So since my return from Sydney, been working and just doing little adventures with the family.  I've also brought a new kitchen appliance which I'm so in love with.  Yesterday I made, mulberry muffins (mulberries from our tree) 3 loaves of bread with bacon and cheese in it. Whipped up an omelet for the husband as he had to work a few hours in the morning.  Two lots of Froth for my nespresso coffee (cause my frother on my machine has died :( ) Um what else, steamed rice for our Chicken Dinner.  Its amazing what this little machine does and I'm so glad I didn't by the more expensive parent lol.

My new Thermo Chef, I so can recommend if you really can't afford or just can't deal with the price of the Thermomix, I really am very happy and I was one that wanted a Thermomix and nothing else lol

 

Mulberry Muffins

 

 

Easy Peasy, I just flatten the Bread Dough with my hands had some ingredients of your choice, this one had bacon, shallots, olives and grated cheese, than roll up to form a loaf throw in loaf tin bake for 30mins and yummo, nice toasted the next day too.

 

The delishes Chinese Chicken Dish, must admit I was a bit funny with the rice cooked in the Thermo but it really was better, it was a dryer rice than what the Microwave does and think it worked a lot better :)

Welcome to Hervey Bay and hubby and kiddies :)

To a little town called Berry..

I love this little town, when I last went to Sydney last time I fell in love with this town and was so excited to go again, and this time the markets were on :) so many little shops that you just don't get to see in Hervey Bay. Of cause I spent a little bit of money lol.

This is the famous lolly shop I always get stuff for the kids and hubby and myself of cause

It's time for the movies ......

Yes we went to the movies and saw Hope Springs. I love Tommy Lee Jones and Meryl Streep and they did well in this movie. Not really one to take your male partner along too as it so reflects the males lol.  Very good story line and yes I'd watch it again.

Max Brenner need I say more lol ......

It was everything and more than I thought. You walk in and all you smell is chocolate mmmmmmm. Of cause I did my research before I left for Sydney and decided on the waffle for one and I certainly wasn't disappointed. And than of cause had to buy some cool Max Brenner items :)

This would have to be a must if you haven't already had the pleasure lol

Home...........

Yes I have returned home...I have so much to post but a little tied so will see how I go :)back to work tomorrow but also very excited in planning our next adventure....

I have two to plan one is taking my two girls to stay with my sister in Brisbane and show the girls around like my mum use to do with me :) mmmmmeeeeeemmmmmmories lol

Than depending on work commitments I will be planning a surprise trip for hubby and myself in the coming year or two lol.

So until later on when hopefully I can post some more of my Sydney trip.

I'm having a really good time :) .........

Yesterday we went out for dinner. It would be nice if I could eat as much as my mum at a smorgeous board lol the food was so yummy...

I really enjoyed the food with a glass of wine :)

What a first day :) planes planes planes ......

I was up at 5am, left for the airport at about 5.50am and 3 minutes into the trip realized I forgot something :ninja: rang home and got one of the kids to met us up at the gate with some items lol lucky the airport is only six minutes away.

Our eldest son Dylan came to the Hervey Bay Airport as well to see me off <3

The trip was really quick to Brisbane before I knew it we landed :). Than I had a little stop over, 

coffee, got a toy plane from one of the shops.....waited.....waited.....than plane was delayed due to no

catering lol.

It is the night before flying.....

I'm so excited, think I've over done my birthday dinner, but it was so nice I can recommend the meal, will post the link :) and of cause my birthday cake from the great guys at the cheese cake shop.

For my birthday I got a laptop travel bag as it will be used for many things and is exactly what I was after, I also love my birthday card shows so much love <3

Wooohoooo the holidays begin....

Two days of work now that was a killer lol not sure if I'll cope with a full week lol. I got hubby two shirts for fathers day. They arrived in the mail today :) He is into motorcross so got the chad reed two two shirts he has wanted for a while now. As I'm not here on Sunday I have organized one of the kids with where the gift is to give to daddy.

Tomorrow off too town to get a few things, do some washing before I go and start packing :). I'm getting very excited now, my IPhone is already for photos I moved the 600 that was on it lol.

So....

I have a fair bit to do before I fly out on Friday morning.  I'm working tomorrow (Monday) and Tuesday than on leave until next Tuesday.  Wednesday I'm off to town to get a few last minute things and to make sure the family (yes leaving the husband and kiddies at home hehehehe) is well stocked with food and snacks.  Washing last minute items and packing. O and working out how to use this electrical thing called an iron LOL.

On Thursday I need to make sure I have all my dinner ingredients, making a chinese dish taken from another blogger (my sister really lol) http://kerry-itsallgood.blogspot.com.au/ and a supper doopper birthday cake complements of the The Cheese Cake shop...I don't have time to whip one up myself :P. Yes I'm having my birthday a day early so I can celebrate with the family as Friday when I fly out is my actual birthday.

My Time Table on Friday is:

• 06:00am arrive at Hervey Bay Airport
• 06:45am fly out on a Qantas Dash 8 300 (50 seats OMG)
• 07:35am arrive at Brisbane Airport for a bit of a stop over, much needed Coffee
• 09.10am fly out of Brisbane on a Qantas 767, just slightly larger airplane lol
• 10:45am arrive in Sydney for some fun :)

I love taking photo's so be warned heaps of blogging and photo's of my adventure with many more to come in the future :)

"Time For A Blog"

I've decided what a better time to start a blog about my adventures and travels, but with my up coming girley weekend trip to Sydney. Its been about 2 years since my last trip to see my bestest girlfriend and we are both looking forward to an exciting 4 days.
